Our story

This is why we started

We live in an increasingly connected world with growing populations, demographic shifts and increasing demand for mobility, energy and high quality services to the community. In this world sustainable and affordable infrastructure development is key to preserve both our environment as well as opportunity and welfare for the generations to come. This requires sophisticated ways to make large groups of professionals work together with the right incentives in order to benefit from their qualities to a maximum extent. We believe the concept of public private partnerships and project finance to be pivotal in this process.

Our conviction is that appropriately structured PPPs provide for the incentives to deliver long term services to the community in a cost effective, time efficient, qualitative and innovative manner. We see project finance as a tool to implement the governance that PPPs need to be more resilient, more predictable and more transparent. This is the mindset that PPP Power House brings to the table when structuring a financing no matter what asset class for: a school building, an airport, a road or a desalination plant.

What we do best

To get your project ahead

The PPP Power House is a platform for independent advice for infrastructural projects in the public-private domain, with high capital intensity, a highly contracted nature and with potential for project financing. It does so by mobilising both sectoral and financial subject-matter expertise, with an eye for the specific needs in each project.

Zoran Manović

Founder

Zoran Manović is founder of the PPP Power House and has 13 years of experience in structuring an closing infrastructure transactions as advisor, lender and sponsor.

With a strong focus on financial modeling with Rebelgroup in the early days of his career he’s comfortable discussing financial structures with his laptop closed.

As infrastructure finance banker with ING London he was shaped by witnessing the impact of the financial crisis on a large infra portfolio containing various asset classes going through turbulent times. He also advised for and lent into new projects in the airports, rail, road, social infrastructure and water sectors.

In BAM PPP and ACWA Holding, two leading sponsors for PPP projects in Western Europe and the Middle-East respectively, he raised, structured and closed project financings. It was here that he identified the need for independent transaction advisory services based on hard skills as well as intimate knowledge of the processes that a project’s key stakeholders go through before going the extra mile.

"It is my mission to bolster the development of infrastructural and energy projects by result driven honest no-nonsense advise"
